Do you think Ghost are real? Betty C. Edwards, TX
I mention ghosts a couple of times in my book. There is a more developed explanation in the book about this subject.
When my husband was a child he met a 100 year old “ghost”. The wife of a sea captain lost at sea. She remained in the house watching the sea for his return until he came home. Her energy was in the house long after she passed. My husband, Ed was about 9-10 years old. He had the “gift” and could see her and communicate with her.He had no fear, but was totally amazed. They had conversations about many different things and did as long as his family lived in the house. To her, the house was still her home and even though they had many conversations, and she seemed to know that she was not in her body, and seemed to understand they were operating on different time lines, she still kept the same behaviors. I have no idea why she was still looking for the ship. But who knows about time and how it effects us out of body? I had an experience of my grandfather coming to me one night,he had passed over 20 years before. He looked exactly like I remembered him as a child and smelled the same as well, old world wollish suit and White Owl Cigar! He told me that a child in the family was with “them” and not to worry . I had no idea what he was talking about. Figured it must be a crazy dream. The next morning I got a phone call from family that said the same thing.
I had a dear friend, who lost his voice as a young man due to cancer. He had been in a barbershop quartet. He loved to sing. He got married, and had a child . The child grew up never hearing her fathers voice. Years later he passed. About 6 months later I was sitting rocking in my rocker and a voice said to me, “I can sing again”! I did not see anything, but I knew exactly who it was and understood the message. I was so happy because I knew what it meant to him. My husband is around and makes himself known. Is that a ghost if you can’t actually see them? Don’t know. I guess to each his own.
My understanding of ghost is that we are all energy. Energy can never be destroyed, it can only change form. Kind of like the caterpillar … turning into a butterfly. Same animal, but a change in vibration and therefor presentation.
Most of us have never been taught about our bodies or cells or energy and how we ,our plants and animals, the earth, the universe is all connected on a cellular and vibratory level. Even when our body leaves this plane, we are still us, enhanced. We can still communicate, although most of us have not been taught that this is real and not evil of some kind. Often when those who have “crossed over”, reach out to us, most of us assume it is our imagination and pay it no mind. We have not been taught how it all works together. We have not fully understood the Divine Plan, by whatever faith we may have.
